That's why I prefer to carry a revolver. In my CHL class, the instructor explained to those carrying semis that they'd better have a round chambered. He did a demo in which he simply grabbed the left hand of one of the students who was then unable to chamber a round.

I know a man who open carries in Suwanee Georgia. He was stopped by a policeman who asked him if he had a round in the chamber and carried an extra magazine. My friend answered no to both. The cop then told him that the next time I ask you, you better be doing both or I'll run you into the station for booking.
I’m guessing that this is not a MSM source and they don’t have the style book which instructs them to use only elementary school photos before publishing pictures of the perp.
