The first thing the dems would do is try and destroy his empire so he wouldn’t be there 8 years.
If his empire flourished there would be claims from dems he was using the power of the presidency to enrich himself and calls for impeachment.
Not to mention if his empire flourished the “Trump mystique”
that he is all important to his empire would be gone.
The only way Trump wins is by loosing to Hillary.
Let’s assume Trump did ask Clinton for advice. Exactly what is wrong with that?
I’m certainly no Clinton fan at all, there’s just too much corruption all the way around, and his old lady is a flat out Marxist.
But a favorable point regarding Bill, is he’s an outstanding politician. He knows how to read any and all political. Rush has pointed this out several times.
With that in mind, considering Bill’s political talent, it’s really a good idea to just ask. This does not mean they will be holding hands, making backroom deals or any of the sort.
On the plus side, many dems see Bill as a good President while they see obama as a bad one along with Hillary and the others as no choice at all. For them to see Trump just getting along with Clinton is a plus for Trump come voting time.
Now if Trump started sucking up to obama, or Carter, then I’d start to squirm.

Doesn’t matter. Trump can do no wrong.
And stink, it does.
What stinks is we can not get a straight talking honest person who genuinely loves America, follows the USC, and want to see its LEGAL citizens pursue happiness.
Look at our leaders they all look like “b” actors and off off broadway theater actors. Bad salon tans and manicured nails. Empty suits and talking heads. They talk tough when they are campaigning but then turn into democrat lite once they are in?
We are virtually powerless to stop it. How do can you stop someone who is willing to lie, and do anything, every step of the way in order to appear that they are on your side?
Did you miss the point by accident or on purpose?
So now we condemn a guy because someone called him?
The GOP has picking loser candidates down to a science.
Think back to 2012.
Would anyone on this site have made up excuses for Romney had he been the one taking a call of encouragement from Clinton?
In short, initially I was not for Trump, but I couldn't be more for what he's been saying and how he's been acting.
And I believe, whatever happens to Trump later, he's already broken the media blockade on position contrary to the their PC rules. So that, even if Trump goes soft Cruz will be there for the non-PC silent majority who Trump woke up and who will not be silenced again.
We knew that Romney had a history of liberalism. Trump is even more of a liberal; as recently as two weeks ago, he said he identifies with some things as a Democrat.
If Romney had admitted as much, we would have been all over him, and rightfully so.

I knew all along that the Clintons and Trump were colluding. I tried to inform conservatives but some are too delusional. Trump has suckered them in and they won’t let go of him even though it has been proven he is a pro-immigration, pro-abortion, pro-tax liberal democrat.
They are like an abused spouse - no matter how many times their spouse beats them they still go back to them.
You can’t help them - even if you try to tell them the truth - they are too far gone- not logical at all. I just pray they realize the truth before we have a “President Hillary”
Until this summer the conventional wisdom has been that Hillary will be the democrat nominee and win the general election. (Heaven forbid.)
With that the case if you were thinking of running would you ask Bill Clinton for advice in potentially running against her? Most would not. And we know now that the conversations did take place. No one has denied that fact. So why would either Trump or Clinton want this made public?
I’ll give you a third option, Obama working on behalf of Biden. They hacked Hillary’s servers at the start of her time as Secretary of State and know everything she has done or is doing. They leaked it now to embarrass both.
The Trump supporters are a sad lot. You think Rush is one of them? Or was he burned so bad by the Perot run (losing listeners that supported Perot) that he is simply supplying them with enough rope to do themself in.
