I am happy about this.....meanwhile Cruz continues to say that he will do something eventually while Jindal takes action. I can’t believe the differences between the two. Cruz will continue to drone on and on though. Jindal will continue to take action. Two different people with significant different leadership skills.....one that works and one that doesn’t at all at least in the last two years.

I don’t know everything about American politics, to be sure, but doesn’t a governor of a state have more power and freedom to make changes than a senator?

Why are you attacking Cruz ?
Cruz is not the Problem
How about McConnell ?

Naps, are you that unaware of the prescribed powers of a governor (executive) and a senator (legislator)?
Frankly, I'm shocked by your ignorance.

Cruz is a senator. The senate just voted on a bill. Jindal is a governor who has the power to do what he did.
What should Cruz do? Lead a March on Planned Parenthood HQ? Get arrested? Wouldn’t that lead you to say he was grandstanding?
Not saying the fact that the Senate bill got defeated is a good thing just asking what you want Cruz to do that he’s not doing? Specifics. Not generalizations like “show leadership”.
What should he do?

Ted Cruz effectively sacrificed his Senate career when calling out Mitch McConnell as a "liar" ...
That's courage.
Ted Cruz was certainly offered the same 30 pieces of silver that Rand Paul and Marco Rubio were offered, and then accepted.
Ted Cruz refused the 30 pieces of silver.
Ted Cruz's "operational responsibility" is currently in the U.SD. Senate. He doesn't yet have the legal authority enjoyed by Jindal or Walker.
However, if Ted Cruz only does one-half of what he's promised to date (when President) it will be amazing.
Fortunately, I expect Ted Cruz to pursue one-hundred percent of his campaign promises ...
Jindal showed himself (again) a good man at last night's NH forum ...
See how easy that was ?
I can admire both Jindal and Ted Cruz ... without my head exploding ...
Give it a try sometime ...
