The National Abortion Federation filed a federal racketeering suit on Friday against the anti-abortion group that released undercover videos in which Planned Parenthood officials discuss the sale of fetal tissue and abortion methods.
The July 31 suit (PDF) says the anti-abortion group, the Center for Medical Progress, created a fake company called Biomax Procurement Services to obtain an exhibitors booth at national conferences of the National Abortion Federation, report the Los Angeles Times and the Recorder (sub. req.).
According to the suit, activists posing as company operatives signed nondisclosure agreements barring them from making recordings at the conferences and from disclosing information obtained there. Connections made at the 2014 conference led to meetings that were secretly recorded, then publicized on “highly misleading” videos that were selectively edited, the suit says.
“This case is about an admitted, outrageous conspiracy to defraud,” the suit says, “carried out by extremist anti-abortion activists against NAF and its constituent members, and perpetrated for the purpose of intimidating and harassing providers of abortion care services to women, and to end access to reproductive health services in America.”(continued)

Those non disclosure contracts are not valid if they’re covering up crimes. Those videos are proof of crimes....against humanity.
Keep in mind that David, the man behind the videos was only 23 or 24 years old when he began his campaign against the most evil and one of the largest lobbies in USA. What a brave man!
Mind you, racketeering laws—"belonging to a criminal organization" or being guilty of "patterns" of behavior that are otherwise legal—are utterly unconstitutional.

Well, Planned Parenthood is one of the biggest rackets around. And taxpayers help to fund it.
There's a precedent: NOW vs. Terry. Randall Terry organized nationwide to recruit and help people in blocking abortion mills with their bodies—violating laws against trespass—and keep the facilities from killing babies that day. He even solicited and received donations for that purpose. He was sued under RICO, the racketeering statute.
The baby-killers lost. The Court ruled the merely organizing and encouraging an illegal activity in itself didn't qualify as being a "Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organization." The lack of monetary gain was fatal to the "corrupt organization" claim, since the objective was obviously in the realm of "speech" (policy).
They just opened the door.
Racketeering. Planned Parenthood has been caught engaging in interstate criminal conspiracy and those who brought it to light are the ‘criminals’. More activism from false gods in black dresses.

go undercover to expose how a group is killing babies and selling body parts and now the group under cover comes under attack and not the ones killing babies and selling body parts.
This country is nuts today.
Course if the media did their hob and covered this then more people would hear about it and be outraged but then again that is why the media won’t cover all of this.
Use RICO to defund Planned Parenthood and I don’t just mean the half billion in taxpayer dollars. All of the ill gotten gains too.
