Or perhaps because he called people who are worried about illegal immigration “crazies”, and most voters are worried about illegal immigration... oops!
McCain’s natural constituency is outraged.
His constituency was once described here in FR as:
“The AARP wing of the Global Warming Society For The Importation Of Mexicans”
That was posted in FR In 2008 and it made me laugh then and I still remember it now.

He just added one more turd on the public - he was one of 26 Republicans who voted to bring back the Ex-Im bank (as per Western Journalism).
