“I did not...” ?
One problem with RECEIVING E-Mails on a private server is that you cannot control what is being sent there, and in many cases, you (as the recipient) will not even know if the information is classified in the first place (only the sender can be reasonably sure of that), unless it is clearly marked...and then it’s too late.
So Hillary’s statement regarding never receiving classified information has to be immediately discounted by investigators as not credible. She may believe that she never received anything classified (although we all know she’s lying)...but even if the investigators really thought she was being truthful in saying it, they know it’s simply not possible for her have cleared every single E-Mail.
Well then what account did those classified emails go to
“I did not have classified email on that server. Not ever. Not once.”
Why hasn’t the prosecution started? If the intent is there, whats the difference between 4 and 3,000? Seems to be a holdup on Treason too.
Emails are by and large original content.
The originator has the obligation to recognise that the content is classified and transmit appropriately.
The fact that so much content was later classified clearly indicates there was no concern given to appropriate classification and security prior to transmission.
This would have been apparently inconvenient for the Secretary, therefore she just didn’t do it. Lazy gets people killed. And this was lazy. The very nature of her position required that she be in constant and regular contact with classified and even compartmented information. Her original thoughts on any such matter would necessitate classification, which it looks like she left for others to handle after the fact.
Question prompts for her in case there are any lurking media types who might actually get an interview...
1. Madam Secretary, during your tenure at State how many times would you estimate that an original email which you authored and transmitted was classified by you or your office prior to hitting send? To clarify, this is not about responding to previously classified information. This is about original content authored under your hand that was rightly and properly classified in real time.
2. What system was used for this purpose?
3. Will you release the State Deptartment to confirm that you actually had access to and in fact used a properly classified system for original emails of such a nature?
