2326 GMT (7:26 p.m. EDT) The first stage liquid oxygen tank is conditioned for flight. 2322 GMT (7:22 p.m. EDT) Launch minus 45 minutes! This is the ascent timeline to be followed by the United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket in launching the Air Force’s WGS 7 communications satellite. 2316 GMT (7:16 p.m. EDT) The flight slews and commanding tests for the vehicle steering systems are being performed. The first stage Common Booster Core, the strap-on solid rocket motors and upper stage engine steering checks were run through a pre-launch test pattern. 2310 GMT (7:10 p.m. EDT) The odds of acceptable launch weather tonight have improved to 90 percent. 2307 GMT (7:07 p.m. EDT) One hour till launch!
I was at port canaveral last night to see the launch. Was dissapointed for the scrub but it was a fantastic sunset. That’s the way it goes sometimes.

I used to live in Florida. I have seen launches from Saturn V through Space Shuttle. Skipped college at UF to see the first Shuttle launch. Have seen night Shuttle launches from the VIP viewing area. Sadly saw the Challenger disaster. Have also seen DSP and Milstar satellite launches.

This is going to catch the setting sum when it gains altitude, gonna be a pretty launch.
Looks good so far. Solid booster separation, satellite fairing separation, 1st stage separation. Now in first of two second stage burns.
Just missed it!
Heard the rumbling and saw the contrails.......(phooey)
And it was a beautiful evening.
A few clouds but the amount and duration of sound was exceptional. Rumbled for several minutes!
It sure did!.....husband says it just depends which way the wind is blowing
