My mom Eleanor lost her first child, my half-brother Michael, when he was an infant. One morning she went into his room and he had slept into eternity.

My mom and dad had fraternal twims about ten years before I was born. She lost my brother the same way when he was about two or three months. I don't think my mom has ever really gotten over it. In many ways neither has my sister.
