So, how's this going to affect property values and school test scores?

So, is he for or against so-called ‘gentrification’ when successful people-of-less-color try to move back into and revitalize areas of cities that are currently pushing 90% monochrome-dark?

It works both ways.

Not that he cares, but freedom of association and assembly seem to have been rights in the past. Now it’s just “Meh”

Does he really think blacks want to live with whites? There are exceptions, but generally, we have natural inclinations to be with our own kind.

Even New York Times readers hate the idea.

He’s determined to start a race war.

I am not interested in living next to one of Obama’s sons, and neither is he.

“..Critics, however, call the carrot-stick trade-off of government regulations for grant dollars a prime example of federal overreach.”

This is liberal, socialist overreach. Obama overreach. Another overreach NOT approved by Congress or the American people.

The next REAL AMERICAN PRESIDENT will have a lot to clean up.

People work hard to get away from the “diversity” crimes and slums. Now Obama wants to attack their success for being able to move away.

How about those “diversity” people setting on their azzes drawing checks working hard to get out of the slums?

All you had to do was read Stanley Kurtz’s book, Spreading the Wealth, to see this was coming down the pike.

“access to safe, affordable housing”

If they’re housing is not safe, it’s because THEY make it unsafe!

Basically what this will do is remove our ability to vote with our feet.

Soon, like in the USSR, we’ll need passports and visas to move to a different town.

Anyone who hasn't seen the Pixel Per Person Demographic Map of the U.S. should take a look at it HERE

Then zoom into some of the big cities like Washington DC. Segregation at is very best.

The reason the left wants to “diversify” the suburbs is to undermine the conservative vote. Everything the Dems do is designed to increase their power base.

This is mostly about evening up or trying to eliminate the Republican edge in the suburbs. It's no secret among the pols that while many large cities are mostly Dem, the outer rings, the suburbs are many times much more conservative Republican.

The Dems would like to see total elimination of anti-progressive pols. What better way to do it than to jut move Dem voters into those areas.

Many big cities have such a huge Dem majority that moving a sizable quantity into the Republican 'burbs will not mean much. But it might gain them some more seats in Congress.

I suspect the first thing will make it against the law to refuse a tenant with a Section 8 voucher.
