Just wait. Obama, the MSM or some liberal blogger will be right out with the "Truth" as we should know it. It was a simply a case of White privilege, income inequality, police brutality or if all else fails it was Bush's fault. (Maybe Trump's now that he's available)
Cops do it all the time, my question is how can they legally do this?
Of course the line of questioning goes like this.
Cop: Do you have any ID??
Notice the cop does not ask him to see his ID, only if he has one.
Usually the citizen offers up his ID voluntarily.
That is how they get away with it!
Any number of justifications and they start with maintaining control of the situation. Suppose the passenger has carjacked and is holding a hidden gun on the driver? Suppose THIS man with open arrest warrants goes on to do something worse and it comes out that this stop was made and the officer failed to identify?
It is a legitimate stop for a safety reason and an idiot got removed from the gene pool because he forcibly resisted arrest! If he was the misidentified innocent his family claims, why resist?

Nobody was mistaken for anyone else.
The psgr clearly identified himself as one who will attack a police officer. The prohibition against same and the provocation for the officer to draw his weapon are not identity-dependent. It’s not a great ending, but the attacker entered a situation whereby his actions and his actions only; 1: The officer is justified in minimally pulling his weapon, and 2: how FREAKING DUMB do you have to be to not know that this is a losing strategy.
There were dozens and dozens of opportunities for the attacker to STOP, perhaps only seconds lone each, but he took none of them.
I believe that there was no cause to ask for an ID. But police will ask any way. He probably did not know that the officer had to have some reason to ask for an ID.
Blacks have been conditioned to believe cops (especially white cops) kill blacks without cause. Consequently they think they have a better chance to live by fighting. This conditioning becomes more ingrained in young people whenever a cop kills or beats down a black person without cause.
Seriously, these Amish yutes just get too much press here on FR...
How often does that actually happen, and how often do the usual suspects claim that it happens?
