You worked hard to start an organization to promote the ideas and values that you believe can fix our nation.
When you apply for tax-exempt status, which should be a simple matter of paperwork, you face repeated delays and demands from the government that stretch the process across months and years.
Then you learn—not from the government, but from an outside source—that your private information was shared with multiple government agencies, all of whom wanted to “piece together” criminal charges against you.
Imagine being awakened in the middle of the night by a gang of police, shouting and waving their weapons at you. They turn your house inside-out, steal your laptop and phone, then order you not to tell anyone they were there.
All this happened because your political beliefs landed on the wrong side of those officials in power.
This is not a scenario from China, Russia, or Iran.

Time is running out.
It’s the liberals who want a police state. They complained about Bush and dissent and not trusting the government was “cool” and “patriotic” when they did it, but now since Obama, you’re racist if you question and don’t trust Obama. Liberals and democrats want a police state, so long as they are the ones in charge of it of course.

In another recent article somewhere, it stated that by having the leftists successfully demonizing and creating their political opponents as the enemy, then it makes it very difficult for them to recognize when they have real enemies, such as ISIS, Russia, whatever.
This article is good at showing how the leftists use their available force of power to destroy their identified enemies. Since the leftists despise the military, and are no longer able to identify their real enemies, they turn against their political enemies.
Leftists always accuse the Right of doing things that, in fact, the Left is doing. I have always wanted to say to my Leftist relatives, ‘I bet you are surprised that Big Brother turned out to be your side of politics’. I haven’t yet had the chance as we don’t talk much anymore.
Until we realize that it is BOTH the Libtards AND the “Conservatives” that want a polices State then this is over. Of COURSE I don’t mean you and I (had to say this cause someone will say that’s what I meant). But that Patriot Act was passed almost unanimously. It keeps getting renewed by big numbers. The laws that do get bi-partisan support are tyrannical ones.
But if we think that it’s just “one side”, well, just give up and stay in the house because it’s over.

Liberals are masters of projection. Everything they accuse conservatives of doing, or will do, or think is because that is what they are doing, will do, or thinking, so they assume their foes do the same.

I wouldn’t say they are “masters” of projection. It is a tool they use, but it is only effective if it is applied to the right target. I have seen it so often, I call it out right away. I am a poor target.

Maybe you’re like me, I am NOT mellowing! The older I get the harder it is to listen to idiots without informing them that they are idiots. For some strange reason though, idiots seldom seem to appreciate being introduced to reality in an abrupt fashion.
Just think of the amount of information the IRS collects just to determine your tax. They know where you work, how many hours you work, when you work, where you live, how much you pay for rent or mortgage, how much you pay for your car, the kind of car you have, where you garage that car, what your charitable donations are, The finances and policies of those organizations, How many children you have and where they go to school, etc.
Now think about how difficult it would be when they want to round up some nasty rebels...
The income tax was never about revenue it has always been about information
The IRS collects information from liberals and conservatives... and cash from both. That’s what they’dre suppose to do...
Its when the IRS and FBI decide to function in a Secret Police capacity for one political party that it’s breaks down. That’s against the law.
We all pay taxes to support these groups. Their job doesn’t include being armed opposition research group for corrupt democrats.
