He had to have someone get the ammo, gun and all the paraphernalia he was found with....not to mention “training” in the use of....likely was taught in Jordan. The fact he was wearing a vest to reload says volumes....he was out to do damage ...fight a war...with whoever he encountered that represented US authority.
