A 45-year-old Jersey City woman with 38 prior arrests has been charged with shoplifting, possession of suspected cocaine and other offenses, officials said.
Walston now has 39 arrests, court officials said, adding that she has 21 disorderly persons convictions and three criminal convictions including one for aggravated assault.
