Norwich Police Chief Louis Fusaro Sr. said it was discomforting that Jacques wasnt deported after his prison release.
We have a victim of a homicide in the meantime, and its a shame, Fusaro said. Its pretty obvious if he was deported this wouldnt have happened.

Discomforting,give me a break...Is New London a Sanctuary City like its neighbor New Haven where yesterday they are finding body parts in bags?
Since their actions have proven their value to our society, can’t we just shoot them to make sure that they won’t commit more crimes?
Painful rectal itch is “discomforting.” Being murdered is a bit beyond that.
