Local law enforcement agencies that have “sanctuary” policies for illegal immigrants released nearly 9,000 illegal-immigrant criminals whom federal officials wanted to deport in 2014, according to government records obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials issued 8,811 detainers — notices that the agency wanted to take custody of an arrested immigrant — that were defied by local law enforcement from January to August of 2014. “Sixty-three percent of the individuals freed by local authorities had prior criminal histories or were labeled a public safety concern at the time of their release,” according to CIS, which obtained the data from ICE through a public records request. “Nearly 1,900 of the released offenders subsequently were arrested for another crime within that eight-month period.”(continued)

Every single one that resulted in an illegal killing someone should result in the Death Penalty against the Mayor, every councilperson who voted for it, and the Police Chief.

Identity theft, use of fraudulent social security numbers and green cards, tax evasion, driving without licenses represent some of the crimes that are engaged in by the majority of illegal aliens on a daily basis merely to maintain and hide their illegal status.
In addition, violent crime and drug distribution and possession is also prevalent among illegal aliens. Over 25% of today’s federal prison population are illegal aliens. In some areas of the country, 12% of felonies, 25% of burglaries and 34% of thefts are committed by illegal aliens”
That’s aid and comfort to the enemy. Get the sanctuary city administrators’ names.

They should sue the mayor and city council and sheriff.
The single most important fact in all of this is that ‘sanctuary cities’ or whatever they want to call them, are patently illegal. The duly sworn offices of such a jurisdiction is in direct violation of a number of federal laws and statutes, many of those felonies, punishable by stiff fines and/or prison time. And yet they get away with it precisely because we have entered a state of brazen lawlesness, from those entrusted to uphold it. Every governor, police chief, mayor, DMV worker who flouts Federal immigration law as if it didn’t exist, is guilty of conspiracy to violate those laws. Again, punishable by fines and/or prison time.
Eric Holder wasn’t going to prosecute and I doubt his twin sister will either.
It’s actually kinda cute how they continue to refer to themselves as ‘law enforcement agencies’.

These dirt bags are not immigrants. They are criminal aliens. Period.
There was another provision in the Obama executive action in Nov 2014.
So what this means is that although sanctuary cities have been around for a while, the number of criminals on the streets is even worse since Nov 2014 executive action.
