I've had two bad hangovers in my life. The first one was so bad, I said I'd never drink like that again. Four years later at my best friends bachelor party I got so drunk I don't remember anything about the bachelor party.
The next day I woke up on my friend's apartment floor and raced to the balcony to literally heave my guts out for at least an hour. My head and stomach hurt for days.
Wife had to come get me (she was NOT happy...) and drive me home. I don't know how many times she had to pull over to the side of the road so I didn't throw up in her new car.
I've not gotten drunk since. That was 25 years ago. One hell of a hangover. Probably had alcohol poisoning and probably lucky I lived. Never again. Just not worth it.
