Scott Walker made it official today, breaking the news that he is a Republican candidate in the 2016 presidential race first in a Facebook post this morning before a formal announcement event in Wisconsin later today.
I'm in. I'm running for President of the United States because Americans deserve a leader who will fight and win for them," the two-term Wisconsin governor says in the Facebook post, which includes a video in which he argues that his track record as governor sets him apart from the rest of the Republican field as a proven leader who has succeeded in winning elections and taking on big policy battles.

I don’t think Rush is promoting anyone
Okay, bye.
Rush is an establishment hack...exposing himself today coming out with basically endorsing the Preibus RINO Walker.
Walker was on Glenn Beck’s program and stated he would require illegal aliens to return home if they wanted to get on our path to citizenship.
He better be prepared to be clearly on the side of the citizens.
We have had enough of the no amnesty/amnesty bullcrap.
Real enforcement, real border security, no new laws to benefit those breaking them.
At this point, Walker falls into the category of someone who I would probably vote for, but not campaign for, donate to, or walk the streets for.
I would probably be all in for Cruz, Santorum, or Jindal.
I wouldn’t even vote for Christie, Graham, and several others.
I doubt Rush has ever met Scott Walker in person.
I can definitely see Walker “evolving” on the issue of gay marriage. It is no wonder his sons support gay marriage since they have lived their lives with the Walkers taking family vacations and hosting parties with gays.
ABC News announces that Scott Walker is in.
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
Walker will go along with the GOPe and C of C on amnesty. Count on it.
I've been listening to Rush almost every day and started to notice what he was doing at beginning of this year. He talked about Scott Walker many days in the row. Even Mark Billing from Wisconsin, when he subbed for Rush, mentioned to Mr. Snerdly that the poll for Scott Walker was up because of his boss promoting him for many days.
Yes, Walker should be more like Ted Cruz, advocating a 500% increase in H1-B Visas to steal US citizens' jobs, advocating work permits for illegals who are here and who has accomplished mostly nothing except giving nice sounding speeches.
You Cruz people better watch it. Your guy is falling faster into the Jeb/Rubio camp than you think.
How horrible! Rush, a conservative, talking up a clearly conservative governor, with a clearly conservative track record of accomplishment, who never apologized or moderated his conservative principles.
Do you have some mental issue?
Just another clown to fit into the clown car...how many are we up to now?
And that's quite the leap you made, from Rush's speaking of his admiration for Walker's taking on Obama and the Unions to them being "personal friends".
If he came out and said that he supported Scott Walker, it would have been fine for me. But, I don't like someone pretending to be impartial and sneakily promoting someone.
Well I hope he manages to say something a bit more profound on current issues, because I’m sick of hearing about the bullet-point reasons from his supporters about how he will make the perfect president because the yokel union in WI could not defeat him.
Ok? Great. Now you are in the big leagues, dealing with national and international pressures to defeat you, or force you to react to them setting the agenda, and those people arent some in-state hippies that are standing around waving signs.
I want to hear so serious plans to restore constitutional government, protect the rights of non-homos, Trump-level talk about immigration, stripping out the bloat from the budget, remove Obamacare 100000000%, and prosecution of corrupt officials and government employees. And that is just for a start.
P*ss off.
Go Scott and glad Rush is promoting him.
