Almost certainly most of the information collected by the Healthcare.gov is already in off-site servers half-way around the world and available to some very anti-American clients.
The fortunate thing is, much of the information is just plain wrong or so badly catalogued as to be virtually useless except for some limited purposes. Apparently even Healthcare.gov has problems retrieving the information in regards to who actually has or does not have coverage, or the verification that payments have actually been assigned.
Not like that would be a reflection on the general competence of the management of the site or anything.
Chaos is the normal state of things with this regime.
Obamacare, the OPM of the masses.
