Connecticut Sens. Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal, both freedom-hating Communist idiots, have called on President Obama, a fellow freedom-hating Communist idiot, to take executive action to close a “loophole” in federal gun control legislation.
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” ........... Didn’t notice anything in there about background checks, permits, or any other restrictions. IMO, all laws restricting ownership or possession of arms,(not just firearms,all arms) is unconstitutional.
