Due to the overwhelming response for Saturdays Rally in Phoenix, Arizona the venue has been changed to accommodate the thousands of people expected to attend and the event will now take place at the Phoenix Convention Center, Trumps press secretary Hope Hicks wrote in a press release.
Also due to Trumps growing support, hes formed a South Carolina Steering Committee.
In a press release Thursday, Trumps campaign announced, The rapidly growing list includes over 100 members from across the state and represents a cross-section of well-known fiscal and social conservatives.
Also on Thursday, the Trump campaign announced three Iowa Co-Chairs: Colonel Brian Miller from Sioux City, Tana Goertz, and Richard Dick Thornton.
I saw first hand what an effective leader he is, stated Goertz. He is decisive, honest, strong, and true to his words and thats what I would want my next President to be.
After 50 years of being involved in the process, I find that Donald Trump brings a new perspective to the word leadership, Thornton said. I believe in the Donald Trump who believes in the lead, follow or get out of the way mentality and this will bring success to not only Iowa but to the United States as well.
Trump went to Iowa following his formal presidential announcement in June.

Not a big Trump fan, but he is distancing himself from the RINO herd. I can come around. It happened to me once before. I remember a pimply-faced 20 year old who proclamed: “Vote for a B-movie actor? Get serious!”. But, after listening to him speak, that is EXACTLY what he did.

When does he have to file his financials?
That will tell us he’s for real.

I wonder why Breitbart causes every headline to be in all-caps?
I hate that. They should all fall in a hole until they learn better.

It just dawned on me. Trump is laying in wait for the Republicans and leftoids alike to start bringing up his "earlier positions" of supporting Obama in 08 or saying "I think Hillary will make a fine sec of state," whatever:
At the right time he will say, "yes I did support Obama and he had been such a tragic disappointment" or, "Yes I did support Obamacare because it said If you like your doctor, and that it would lower costs. Well we have all been deceived. It has done none of those things. . . " it's going to, at least till the media catches up, provide him with incredible sound bites.

I don't think that he has to make that much in the way of planning, the enemy is too unpredictable. He;s approximately honest, and that carries an awful lot of weight in verbal battle.
He needs to articulate his vision for the future, and simply react to incoming fire.
What really gives him appeal to the (stupid) masses is his rejection of PC. He's a bull in a china shop, chips fall where they may. He comes in wealthy, he leaves wealthy. The other candidates come in looking to get wealthy, makes them temper their positions and presentation.

When does he have to file his financials?
******************
I read the date recently but can’t remember. It isn’t too far out, but the
flip side is he can get two 45 day extensions if he chooses. The problem
with that is it will bar him from the Fox debate as one of their criteria
is to have the financials filed. We’ll see.

He has to file 30 days after he becomes a candidate which is determined by the following:
- The individual receives contributions or makes expenditures aggregating in excess of $5,000;
- The individual consents to have another person receive contributions or make expenditures on his or her behalf, and that person spends or receives more than $5,000;
- The individual, after receiving written notification from the FEC that another person has received contributions or made expenditures in excess of $5,000, fails to send a letter disavowing such activity to the FEC within 30 days; or
- Any combination of the foregoing conditions with aggregate contributions or expenditures in excess of $5,000.
The FEC may determine that the individual has crossed the line from testing the waters into active candidacy if an individual takes actions indicating that he or she has decided to become a candidate. These include but are not limited to:
- Using public advertising to publicize the individuals intention to campaign for federal office.
- Raising funds in excess of what could reasonably be expected to be used for exploratory activities or undertaking activities designed to amass campaign funds that would be spent after the individual becomes a candidate.
- Making or authorizing statements that refer to the individual as a candidate for a particular office. Conducting activities close to the election or over a protracted period of time.
- Taking action to qualify for the ballot under state law.

It’s better positioning for him to say, “I had high hopes for O and he failed miserably across the board” instead of “I never liked him anyway.”
