Seeing that Trump is at 15% 1st and 12% 2nd, and Jebbie is at 11% 1st and 7% 2nd, I could conclude that the 12% for Trump 2nd is probably for Jebbie 1st...................
You hit the nail on it’s head.
I have traveled all over the world, on all continents except Australia, to over 3 dozen countries. Never came across a country with open borders, and which gives welfare benefits to illegals. The liberal democrats don’t give rat’s ass about the country. All they care about is adding more voters to stay in power. The libertarians are in bed with the liberals on illegal immigration issues. And the social conservatives have one track minds, and unable to see the coming destruction of socially conservative issues by the growing liberal democrat majority.
Well, I'm a Cruz fan, and I think it's just fine. In fact, if someone were to ask me what I thought of Trump, I'd tell em what I've been saying since he announced: I'm GLAD he's in the race, because he will say what he wants and will not back down and won't hold back. He is not beholden to anyone, and with a $9 Billion net worth, he likely never will be. So yeah, I'm glad he's there. He is going to put the other candidates in such a position that they will either answer to the public, or show themselves for the fools they are.
That said, I also believe that Cruz will hold up, simply because he's a TRUE CONSERVATIVE. Will I vote for Trump? Not a snow ball's chance in hell. But again, I'm glad he's there for all the grief he's going to pose for the RINO's.
I saw Carly on Hannity a day or two ago.
Hannity confronted about her harsh statements against Trump.
Hannity replayed Trumps comments and asked Carly what specifically
about Trumps comments did she disagree with.
She stuttered, never quite answering the question.
Hope springs eternal!
You may be right. At least you will hear the “Truth” and not the typical politically correct “lie”.
I would love to see a Trump/Cruz ticket. Would energize the most number of voters.
Yes, I saw that interview also, and I concur.
Huckster is an idiot who will collapse almost immediately once people see him in the debates.
Carson has no experience at all and again will be exposed almost immediately in the debates as an amature.
Trump is the key, and Cruz is already maneuvering to get his support once he implodes, just as he has maneuvered to get Hucksters once he goes down. Cruz would naturally get all of Carson supporter no matter what.
When all the dust clears it will be Cruz, Bush, Rubio, and Walker vying for the nomination.
Closing the border was a top priority for Obama. What did we wind up with....massive numbers of illegals taken in on his say so. Felons released from prisons on his say so. No funds for the states who held them. On and on.
Tome to totally close the Mexican border for immigrants for 5 years.
In fact...time to say "no more" for 5 years.
I’m sorry to see Cruz so far back but he only hurt himself with the TPA vote. Then to top it off, he repeatedly tried to claim that globalist, NWO, anti America “trade” agreements are conservative.
um.. you must have missed the whole Newt bimbo eruption that sunk his candidacy....
And trump make Newt look like a choir boy.
Mark my words, sooner or later Trump is going to implode because of his mouth or because of what’s in his closet.
Trump is “trumping” the widespread MSM demands for political correctness.
He has a lot of ideological flaws but he certainly hits a grand slam on illegals.
And a lot of folks are cheering.
Shows me that this was/is a GOPe talking points memo.
Designed to intentionally mis-quote Trump.
Some new boilerplate: “trump’s doing well now but I don’t think he’ll make it to the finish line”.
Yes, and that’s not a bad strategy. The Dwarves need to get out of the way.
I'm a Cruz fan and I also wholeheartedly support what Trump is doing right now. I also understand that 15 months in political election season is an eternity and these polls do not mean squat. With the exception of a few, most FReepers are level headed and analytical enough to understand that.
He may implode, but It is not Cruz who is losing the polling battle at the
moment because of Trump.
It is Rubio and Bush who have lost ground to Trump.
If you took the time to look at the recent NC Poll, you would see that.
A Trump/Cruz ticket would be unstoppable. Not on this forum perhaps, but in flyover country where people are largely a-political/fed-up, it would be an out of the ballpark home run.
