I understand the law of it, but if there is no permit for conceal carry ... a felon COULD carry as long as he's not drawing attention and all the et cetera's ...

I guess that's true whereEVER you go ....

So cc is needed for reciprocal states. Otherwise in Maine, no? Unfortunately there are few reciprocal states around us.

yea, that’s true but from what I’ve seen comming from the State Police we may have an agreement with NH soon

Gov LePage initially refused to sign the bill until it was amended. It initially stated that only military members 21 or older could carry concealed without permit. He insisted that if they were in military risking their lives at 18, they should be able to carry concealed in the Great State of Maine!!

May God bless Paul LePage. Our state constitution in Maine says that the right to keep and bear arms “ shall not be questioned” No mention of any stinkin’ permit.

Will make it 29 other States i can carry in (30 total).

Currently 28 States have reciprocity with MS - looking forward to the day that all 57 States are open.....
