The Affirmative Consent Project, which advocates for "yes means yes" sexual consent policies, has been distributing "consent contracts" to college students across the country.
The contract states in big red letters: "YES! We agree to have SEX!" (emphasis original), and asks participants to take a photo together holding the contract. If a camera can't be found, then the participants would need to fill out the form included on the back of the contract.

Usually gals just yell out “Yes! Yes! YES!”
And, of course, none of those photos will ever show up in future in a way to which either party would object.
Not good enough. Guys are gonna have to video tape every sexual encounter to protect them from false rape claims. Women these days prolly won’t even object to that.
Now we know what the football locker room will be wallpapered with. Scores and crib notes by each one. Ooh, yeah, boys, got it in writing that gal puts out!
I thought liberals wanted the authorities to get out of the bedroom. They are such hypocrites.
These wouldn’t be necessary if females werent so helpless and unable to make rational decisions.

You also need two witnesses to testify she is of sound mind (and body, I guess) and a notary public. A lawyer, too. For each party.
If it’s an orgy, well, better fire up the printers and copy machines.
Looks to me like as soon as this "contract" is signed, the girl is signing on for anything the guy can imagine and has thrown her right to say "No" out the window.

Contract law goes way back. Dutifully fulfilling your contract obligation is required.
Now if one or both parties are drunk things could get tricky.
Their policy is that the woman can withdraw consent at ANY TIME.
So the contract is not worth the paper it is printed on.
To stay safe:
1) VIDEO TAPE EVERYTHING.
2) Ask her every 3-5 seconds and make sure she answers with a clear oral yes.
3) Administer sobriety checks and drug test.
4) Have a lawyer and two witness view the event and sign off afterwards that all of the events were consensual.

The real message is “no on-campus nookie”.
There was an old ‘80s future movie in which as a sideline to a bar scene there was a lawyer drawing a sex contract for two patrons.. Can’t remember the name but for some reason that bit stuck with me for so many years.
