From what I understand the affirmative consent regulation being imposed showing a signed contract is no defense because consent must be given for each act and a party has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The only way to prove innocence, yes one needs to prove innocence with these regulations, is to video tape everything.

and asks participants to take a photo together holding the contract. And, of course, none of those photos will ever show up in future in a way to which either party would object.

Not good enough. Guys are gonna have to video tape every sexual encounter to protect them from false rape claims. Women these days prolly won’t even object to that.

I thought liberals wanted the authorities to get out of the bedroom. They are such hypocrites.

Gee, I thought "No" meant "No" any time, anywhere in the "process".
Looks to me like as soon as this "contract" is signed, the girl is signing on for anything the guy can imagine and has thrown her right to say "No" out the window.

No roll in the hay is worth that much red tape, guys. Find a decent girl and marry her.

There was an old ‘80s future movie in which as a sideline to a bar scene there was a lawyer drawing a sex contract for two patrons.. Can’t remember the name but for some reason that bit stuck with me for so many years.

Curious. I still remember a time when “marriage” was a “sexual consent contract”.

There are going to be LOTS of frustrated women in the next 10 years.
I know someone who is already trying this and finding Men won’t give her the time of day.
