President Ted Cruz 2016!!!

The only candidate with constitutional scholarship who can return our nation to a constitutional republic after Obama.

they compare him to BO by saying he’s a first term senator (as if THAT’S why BO is bad).

BO wrote for the Harvard Law review.

Cruz argued many cases at the supreme court, clerked for Renquist, and wrote a book on what goes on behind the scenes

My understanding is that zero never wrote for the Harvard Law Review...making it sound as though his was an honorary appointment - honored because his dad was black.

My understanding is that BO has never done anything in his life

That’s what his supporters adore about him. He tells them they can do the same, no order, no rules, no work, hatred of those who do have order and who make them feel guilty.

That’s the story.

Anyway, don’t let them compare Cruz to him

Law students don’t write for law reviews, they edit them. Law is the only academic discipline in which the editorial duties for the major journals are carried out by students, rather than faculty (or in applied disciplines like law, professionals outside academe).

It’s also important to remember that Cruz wants to increase job and wage killing H-1B visas by 500%.

It’s also important to remember that Cruz has stated he will not deport any illegal immigrants who have obeyed all other USA laws.

It’s also important to remember that Cruz has stated he will give temporary work permits - but no path to citizenship - to any illegal immigrants who have obeyed all other USA laws.

I will give exact links to all my statements if anyone demands them.

The H-1B link is Cruz on You Tube.

As I recall, the “no deportation” and “work permits” link is from a Cruz interview with the well known New Hampshire Primary newspaper.

I’ve never tried to see. I would never want to read such a piece. Besides, I would never Believe he wrote it.

I’m sure he hired staffers to get him through school

“BO wrote for the Harvard Law review.”

Questionable. He is not credited with ever having written anything for the HR.

While Ted never came out and said it, it was likely that BO was affirmative action.

500% sounds outrageous....until you translate that to an actual number of 325,000 which is a drop in the bucket.

Why do people like you prefer to have more jobs move off shore?

In the Internet Age, the only barrier to off shoring is an Internet connection.

How does that help the American worker?

In exchange for secure borders with a mega-fence, and a final resolution of the immigration issue, that is an excellent deal.

Read it and find out.

Anyway, could the obsession stop with this?

From Politico http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0808/12705.html

But an unsigned — and previously unattributed — 1990 article unearthed by Politico offers a glimpse at Obama’s views on abortion policy and the law during his student days, and provides a rare addition to his body of work.

The six-page summary, tucked into the third volume of the year’s Harvard Law Review, considers the charged, if peripheral, question of whether fetuses should be able to file lawsuits against their mothers. Obama’s answer, like most courts’: No. He wrote approvingly of an Illinois Supreme Court ruling that the unborn cannot sue their mothers for negligence, and he suggested that allowing fetuses to sue would violate the mother’s rights and could, perversely, cause her to take more risks with her pregnancy.

Really?-you’re even on this thread posting the H1 visa thing? Do they pay you by how many Cruz threads you can leave your droppings on in a day-or is it by the week?
