What are those?
Testing a mind reading device on Madeleine "Not at" Albright is like testing an ice detector in hell. Nothing there to find.
From the 2012 movie “Battleship”...based sort of on the old Battleship board game.
In the movie, the aliens had all sorts of neat weapons including these spinning, multi-teeth, metal-chewing killer balls. The balls were fired from the alien ship, landed on the opposing ship, burrowing into the ship and destroying everything in it’s path. It was “abandon ship” time at that point.
No worries though...the US Navy eventually kicked alien butt.
Wasn’t a bad movie.
We already have this, it just isn’t a adjustable after being fired. This is an improvement on and old idea.
We have this from at least 1989, maybe earlier.
They want to make the shells smart to sense that they made maximum penetration before going off, but the problem is/was that a lot of these shells don’t explode because of damage to the circuitry in the shells. Too many duds.
Mechanical time delays are more reliable.
Artillery shells? Why the hell would you bring a gun to a guided missile fight?
Probably because B. Clinton sold them the blueprints...

PS It reminds me of the Old "Civil Service" missile, it's hideously expensive, it doesn't work, and you can't fire it.
Well, I didn’t make it up for comedic effect. They really claim it.

“Well, back in December 2006, in an interview with Rossiiskaya Gazeta, retired KGB General Boris Ratnikov claimed he was involved with a top-secret occult project and had — yep, you guessed it — read Albright’s mind. “
Ditto on post 17, sukhoi posts interesting news. Russia has long had good military designers who come up with workable arms, despite limited money and an idiot government bureaucracy. Just as our guys work under similar handicaps.
Well, back in December 2006, in an interview with Rossiiskaya Gazeta, retired KGB General Boris Ratnikov claimed he was involved with a top-secret occult project and had yep, you guessed it read Albrights mind.
They probably used a spy satellite at a range of 6 inches because of the small print....
