In the course of my work at Fox News, I am often asked by colleagues to review and explain documents and statutes. Recently, in conjunction with my colleagues Catherine Herridge, our chief intelligence correspondent, and Pamela Browne, our senior executive producer, I read the transcripts of an interview Browne did with a man named Marc Turi, and Herridge asked me to review emails to and from State Department and congressional officials during the years when Hillary Clinton was the secretary of state.
What I saw has persuaded me beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty that Clinton provided material assistance to terrorists and lied to Congress in a venue where the law required her to be truthful. Here is the backstory.
Turi is a lawfully licensed American arms dealer. In 2011, he applied to the Departments of State and Treasury for approvals to sell arms to the government of Qatar. Qatar is a small Middle Eastern country whose government is so entwined with the U.S. government that it almost always will do what American government officials ask of it.
In its efforts to keep arms from countries and groups that might harm Americans and American interests, Congress has authorized the Departments of State and Treasury to be arms gatekeepers. They can declare a country or group to be a terrorist organization, in which case selling or facilitating the sale of arms to them is a felony. They also can license dealers to sell.
Turi sold hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of arms to the government of Qatar, which then, at the request of American government officials, were sold, bartered or given to rebel groups in Libya and Syria. Some of the groups that received the arms were on the U.S. terror list...

This needs to meet low info voter eyes. It explains exactly what happened. How can such a person run for President when she should be Serving time?
There seem to be two charges here which ought not to be conflated. First, Clinton and the president conspired to deliver arms, contrary to law, to groups designated as terrorists; second, Clinton lied about her knowledge, claiming none, to Congress about arms shipments.
It seems that Clinton probably organized arms deliveries to proscribed terrorist groups by washing the transaction first through arms dealer and then through Qatar. She covered her tracks by washing the e-mails. Unfortunately, judge Napolitano has not shown us the evidence much less a smoking gun.
With respect to the lying to Congress charge, again we do not see the evidence. He alludes to e-mails but he does not quote them.
That's it in a nutshell. If the low information voters, and others, do NOT see or hear anything in regard to "Hitlery the Criminal" they simply assume that nothing negative exists.

If this wink-wink nudge-nudge approach to arms mongering really involved upper echelons of Congress, this will never see the light of day. (Cruz seems to have a passion for letting daylight in, but I think even if he becomes President — which I hope will happen — he’s more likely to use this information to keep Congresscritters in line than to actually “out” them.)
It doesn’t matter. So long as she is not indicted and tried by this DoJ she will get away with anything at all, no matter what congressional committees manage to get from her. She really could commit a murder on camera and it would not affect her votes. This DoJ would not arrest or indict her and no local police would dare. Without public indictment and arrest by the feds everything she does or did is okay. Who thinks this DoJ would touch her for anything?

Curious, I never see the trolls from the Twin Peaks threads on this criminal behavior of Hillary saying, “We need to let the Justice system work.”
When it comes to certain DC politicians the Justice system just can’t even get out of bed, much less get to work.
