People always use the Bible for whatever purpose. The subject was brought up and the Bible used. All I did was provide just two instances where it was considered sin.
Good theology helps if you want to deal with the issue the Lord’s way. That somewhere in God’s plan X was deemed a sin says a lot less than being able to pinpoint an arrow with our name on it.
No offense intended. Just wanted to give the Scriptural passages some perspective so that they would be understood in their actual light. One of the passages you mentioned gave the death penalty as a result of performing homosexual acts, but this penalty is part of the Mosaic Law and not applicable to us Gentiles. You would find this if you kept reading the Book all the way through.
