KarenPhillips Smith County Clerk Karen Phillips

Smith County Clerk Karen Phillips, who was facing a lawsuit filed by private counsel after refusing to issue a marriage license to a same-sex couple, has folded and issued the license, according to lobbyist/activist/former state Rep. Glen Maxey.

“Damn it’s hard to find a case this morning to sue their asses,” Maxey wrote on Facebook at about 10:30 a.m. today (Monday, June 29). “Smith County folded. Karen and Jolie have a marriage license.”

Maxey also noted that some other hold-out counties had begun issuing licenses: “Williamson County folded. Fort Bend County folded. Bell County folded.”

By Monday, serious calls for regulation of faith. More gun control. Harsher penalties for anyone speaking against the blessed homosexual.

By August, a massive upswing in lawsuits based on the above and the beginnings of widespread voilence.

By September open violence with militants of every liberal stripe taking advantage of social media stirred hate for traditionalists.

Then things start getting bad.

Sounds like Glen Maxey needs to be treated to a Texas Necktie Party.

The Gaystapo has ways of making you comply. Eventually I think we will have to employe the Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn solution.

The Federalist famously asks whether government without force and fraud is possible. They have won the fraud side, I think it’s time to show them what force means.

This will goe on until the Texas Attorney General assures hold out clerks that lawsuits against them won’t be enforce and the people suing them won’t be able to collect a dime. A Jude’s ruling without enforcement is worthless

God is now calling forth the remnant of His Body in America. Thank and praise God for this blessing. He hasn’t forgotten us yet. His Kingdom come; His will be done.

“That’s when things start getting interesting. “

I think there will be a few that won’t honor it. The rest will publicly shamed in social media and everything that the pastor ever had for lunch will be dug up and then slowly one church at a time they’ll start to quietly perform gay weddings.

So, do we all support a Muslim DMV worker who won’t issue driver’s licenses to women because of his religion?

I don’t see how the Texas AG can promise them that.
Paxton already told them they were liable to lawsuits.

The suits will be in Federal court as a civil rights violation. State AG can’t do anything about that.

He can block federal garnishment of their wages or assets. A judge, like a pope, has no divisions.
