Those of you who were deep in the weeds during the Zimmerman research and discoveries might be interested in this little loose end.
During the “discovery phase”, and intense pre-trial preparation, Trayvon Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump refused explain or reconcile his public claims about witness #8 (he called “Dee Dee”). Crump refused to discuss his relationship with witness #8 or anything about her despite his public, yet secretive, introductions of her to the media in March of the previous year (2012).

This may be the start of something big. Why did Crump need WH help in representing family of perp Trayvon martin.
The day after he lost a major pre-trial motion, Crump was invited to the WH by Rumana Ahmed. Ahmed, a very orthodox Muslim, is now in a senior post at the NSC! She as also was Obama’s Executive Assistant to the Deputy Assistant to the President & Director of Public Engagement.
Prior to that, when Crump went to the WH, she was running Muslim American & Arab American Outreach. While there her boss was Valerie Jarrett. In all her pictures, she is a very scarfed, very orthodox Muslim woman.
While here, Crump apparently also met with Brad Jenkins. Jenkins also worked for Jarrett in a “public engagement” (political hack) job. Jenkins worked closely with Obama’s “friends” in Hollywood and the media. He also worked for the DNC.
Jenkins left WH after being the best known contestant for the “50 Most Beautiful People” list in The Hill.
But he was not on the “50 Most Beautiful People” list because he’s so Brad Pitt hot. Rather, because he appears to have had his intern use a White House celebrity and artist outreach distribution list to help land him a “People’s Choice” spot in that year’s beauty contest.
And just for identification purposes, Jenkins, of course, is Amish.
Jenkins, then an associate director in the White House Office of Public Engagement, was not charged for using his intern for personal promotion work. But he left the WH after his actions became public.
Why was legal nobody Crump seeing these people? Help from the Muslims? A wild thought: Saudi or other Muslim moeny for Crump and the Martin family?
This story may have legs.
