This was the best week of Obama’s presidency
The Washington Post's The Fix ^ | June 26, 2015 | Chris Cillizza

When President Obama neared the end of his eulogy Friday for the late South Carolina state Sen. Clementa Pinckney (D), a victim of the shootings at a Charleston church last week, he paused. A long pause. It was a moment of genuine drama. Had he lost his place? Were his emotions getting to him?

Then, he started to sing -- the opening bars to "Amazing Grace." Soon, the entire congregation at the AME Emanuel Church joined him in song...

This disgusting sorry excuse for a leader profanes God with DARING to mention grace. May the Lord strike him down.

He’s in full on campaign mode right now. It’s all about election year politics- everything he says and everything he does.

That proves Obama is a Christian, with a deep, deep knowledge of the Christian faith. Only a very serious Christian would know the obscure hymn, “Amazing Grace.”

Somehow Obama’s best weeks coincide with Supreme Court decision.

Hitler probably had a good week or two in 1944.

This was among the worst weeks of America’s history - up there with Obama’s Inauguration into the office he has usurped, twice, and the previous SCOTUS ruling on Obamacare. I miss the rule of law.

Next weekend everyone will be waving flags and singing “God Bless America”. God isn’t going to bless America. He will bless those who follow Him but not this godless, profane nation our government has created. I will be flying my flag upside down this July 4th and hope that by July 4th 2017 our national nightmare will be over.

Amazing Grace is obscure?

It doesn’t say much that the entire world is on fire and the Klown Korp in DC chortles over emotional push buttons.

I have not flown the Red White and Blue since Obama took power, and I will not fly it until we again have a real president. During this terrible period, my flag is the Gadsden flag.

The rule of law went dead when no federal elected politician challenged this fraud's claimed right to be POTUS. Everything was downhill from there. He knew he could do anything he damned pleased after that rollover. Most of us saw this coming, but now hindsight confirms it.

Strange how Hussein’s best week is one of America’s worst. Or not really.

Sarcasm.

Obama has frequently revealed that his understanding of Christian doctrine is paper-thin.

The dealing with Obama on the trade bills was narrated by Obama as a victory against the majority Republicans. With that opening, he kept pushing and now has everything he wanted, and even more. Republicans are so unwilling to stand up for the values of their constituents, now memory of the history of the US is in jeopardy. And Obama ended the week draping the WH in gay pride colors.

And STILL no voices of outrage and fighting back from Republicans! Don't they get it? You don't deal with the devil!

If anyone says "but these are good campaign issues", I'm not sure I can handle it.

Establishment Republicans and lately some constitutional conservatives who are enabling them are either idiots or complicit. I'm not sure which is worst.

ggrrrrr..... The nation I loved and believed in since childhood is gone.

And PS: We're not even hearing about the worst SC decision. That's the one that allows builders to over-ride zoning that causes "unintentional racial discrimination". That will spread blight to every community in the US!

A great deal of this is because of it still being very cheap for governments to borrow and spend and be in debt big time. As a result, political stripe does not matter as both sides are wanting to line their pockets to do their donor class’ bidding. I will be interested to see what happens when that time is over. We will all take it on the chin one way or the other, but the people who depend even more so on handouts and credit cards and free lunches are really going to be in for a rude awakening.
