I read recently that Dutch law requires a person to request euthanasia repeatedly over a certain period for it to be legally permitted but that doctors are ignoring this rule for the elderly and euthanizing them without telling them. Now this.

There seems to be a real culture of death amongst the Dutch medical establishment.
