Soon they’ll be deporting natural-born US citizens to make room for illegals.

On what authority does a federal judge command a federal agency to reach into a foreign country, lay hands on a foreign national, and transport them to a different country?

without even looking, I’m sure this guy is a clinton or obama nominee

“If the government is unable to intercept Petitioners at the airport, they must locate Petitioners in Guatemala and return them to the United States as quickly as possible,” McKee wrote in his June 19 order.

Does it not matter what the Petitioners want at that point? Does it not matter that a US court has no jurisdiction in Guatemala? Is this court ordering a kidnapping of citizens of a different country?

I understand that the court may act upon a request submitted by those Petitioners, but a court that can do it because it is asked to may also do it on its own accord. That would mean that US officials would be permitted to kidnap anyone, anywhere. Not sure if that would be well received abroad.

What an abusive mother. She made her child a criminal. Put the child’s life indanger. Guatemala should throw the mother in jail.

Btw, I’ve heard Guatemala is a beautiful country. HGTV shows Americans looking for houses there.

Because the gruberment has a blank check book, and the taxpeasants are footing the bill...

Good news, everyone!

An "immediate return ticket" will REALLY soak the taxpeasants.

It's not like it's the judge's money, or anyhting...

They are already issuing religious fatwas on matters of faith without any legal jurisdiction. Why not assume international authority?

Does a court in America have authority to have an order carried out in another country? Wouldn’t they need to have authority by local courts in Guatemala?

Some judges have their heads in very dark places.
