NBC News) – Philadelphia police are searching for a gunman who fired randomly at people attending a block party in west Philadelphia.
Police say gunfire rang out around 10 p.m. and at least seven people were shot, including a toddler who was hit in the neck by a bullet.
Several other children were hurt. A police say an 11-year-old was shot twice and a 13-year-old was shot in the chest.
The other victim’s ages range from 22 to 46 years old, police say

They haven’t said anything about the shooter. West Philly is heavily Black. I just hope it isn’t some copycat crazy White kid.
Sounds like a typical urban block party thing to me.
Philadelphia needs to remove all their Confederate flags.
I’m just hoping it’s a Black shooter. It will be 24/7 racism garbage in the news for weeks otherwise.
West Philly is a dump, and Blacks are good at killing each other, so you might be correct.

Every murder is equally heinous, no matter the skin colors of victim and murderer. But this one will not get national attention from o or the media. It will not be used to condemn all people of a skin shade.
I suspect we can breath easy on these two (Detroit and Philly) because we wouldn’t be wondering otherwise. Pretty screwed up place we have come to when you hear of these things your first thought has to be what it is. I doubt Al or Jesse or even the Kenyan will have much to say about these.
If it’s Black on Black, it will go down the memory hole.

I listen to the radio during the night and was surprised to hear, for the first time, ABC News Radio report Urban Shootings. Race of victims and perpetrators, in the Detroit and Philly shootings, were not even alluded to.
Only when the perp is Caucasian and victim Negro, is race ever a specified element in the News, including FOX.
Oh yet another reason for more gun control...every time there is a gun shot anywhere around...’MORE GUN CONTROL’...pc bs is what I call it, there are more guns in the illigals and gang members hands than in law abiding citizens...
Wonder if this was a black person doing the shooting if the slob in the Oval Office is going to be on the media all day again....probably not, he has a golfing date with his ‘buddies’.....
