Vice President Joe Biden has still not ruled out a 2016 presidential run and will make his intentions known by Aug. 1, according to two Democratic sources who have been in contact with his family.

Slow Joe is prolly my most very favorite democrat in the whole world right now!
People in DE will be so happy if he does not run. They are for HRC, and they don’t want any distractions this time.

However, I think he's had and with the death of his son, he will withdraw from politics completely.
Someone please explain to me — what possible upside could there be for any large Democrat donor to fund a Joe Biden presidential campaign?
Big donors usually just think of it as protection money. Anybody who might be able to help down the line gets baksheesh. Also, someone who has down favors for them in the past likewise gets donations.
“...and with the death of his son...”
I don’t know. Liberals tend to consider that kind of situation as a political advantage. Joe could very well be thinking this is THE time to run because his son’s death might bring in more votes. You know he would whip out a “son” sob story in every stump speech.
Liberals are sick puppies.
Joe’s got half a mind to run next year.
Hillary’s damaged.... the ‘foundation’ stuff’s not a joke...
Hillay’s starting to feel like Nixon toward the end - when larger and larger numbers of people started realizing Nixon was too much of a control freak for Watergate to happen without his involvement...
Hillary’s up to her eyeballs in this mess.
He won’t run.
Please, Run Biden Run!
