If it turns out the suspect is 21 years old and white, my first reaction is Skinhead. There was another skin head bust somewhere in the Carolinas lately as well.
Skinheads also at least, stereotypically, wear boots. But these Timberlands are probably mainstream.
How the heck do they know his 21 years old?
How do they know the guy is 21? That detail seems so strange to me.
