What benefit is martial law to the ‘rats?
I know they have a control agenda, but I don’t think country-wide martial law is going to get them anywhere.
There are just too many people and too much space to control.
They run a "training exercise" that sounds like all out combat so citizens are frightened then later the news stories all confirm it was just "training". Repeat this process in selected areas across the US and when the real event comes everyone will just think they are "training" again and any resistance will be caught off guard.
This is completely unacceptable folks. We must demand answers and accountability. Don't tell me this is normal and has happened before. I wasn't born yesterday and have NEVER witnessed anything like this going on in an American city.

I’ve received a similar notice when an abandoned building in the area was going to be used for SWAT training right before it got torn down. Sometimes civilian areas provide conveniences that the existing training grounds don’t, even if only lack of familiarity (there’s only so many times you can “assault” the same building before you start developing building specific habits).
If I hear helicopters, gunfire, and explosions, I’m going to arm up and investigate!
