The intent of Obamacare is clear, and the law “doesn’t need fixing”, President Obama told a news conference in Germany on Monday.
“There is no reason why the existing exchanges should be overturned through a court case,” he insisted, just days before the Supreme Court is expected to rule on a case that could eliminate subsidies for people who got their insurance through the federal exchange.
Obama, a former constitutional law professor, said laws should be interpreted based on their “intent”:
“And under well-established statutory interpretation approaches that have been repeatedly employed, not just by liberal Democratic judges, but by conservative judges like some on the current Supreme Court, you interpret a statute based on what the intent and meaning and the overall structure of the statute provides for,” Obama said. …

Since the meanings of words mean nothing to this person, I’m sure he just figures he can manipulate the SCOTUS into ignoring the actual words in the Obamacare text. I looked up the word ‘fascist’ and under synonyms for the word, the term ‘extreme right-winger’ was actually listed. Our country is in the control of people who detest our Freedoms, guaranteed in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. This ‘law’ should never have been imposed on the American people to begin with........put it out of it’s misery, please. Let us have our freedom of choice in healthcare back.

I must be really stupid; I always thought laws and statutes were interpreted by the words written into them; who knew they should be interpreted by what you meant to say, not what you said?

The little weasel who helped draft the law and was caught commenting on how stupid the voters are said the intent was intimidate states into having exchanges by withholding state money if they didnt comply, but the Intimidation didnt work.
