TSA Failed To Identify 73 Aviation Workers With ‘Links To Terrorism’

The TSA is an abject failure. If we know anything about jihadism in the West, it is that the jihadis do not repeat their “spectacular” acts of savagery.

Last week, an investigation of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) found that undercover investigators were able to smuggle fake explosives and weapons through checkpoints in 95 percent of trials, which they conducted at dozens of America’s busiest airports.

Now this. As if we the people haven’t suffered enough in the long jihad war on freedom… Our own government has made travel a misery — harassing little kids, grandmas, and wheelchair-bound passengers, while making sure not to “profile” anyone who might actually be a jihadi.

I have had perfume confiscated, hair product tossed as it narrowly exceeded the 3.5 ounces allowed by the department of attrition, and have had to remove my thigh-high boots more times than I care to remember. And not just me — all of us.

Under Bush, the Democrats demanded that the TSA be a federal agency. The Bush administration wanted to keep it in the private sector. It should have been outsourced so that failed operators could be summarily fired. Instead, the party of treason got their way and made sure a new massive government agency was forever created and unionized — more voters for the Democrat plantation.

Can we now expect more children fondled, more child groping, nun patdowns and such? Or as one commenter put it, “you mean taking my shoes and belt off so I can share common/rare foot fungi, have my pants fall down, being photoed naked thru my clothes, and put all my possessions into a plastic bin to be xrayed has been an absolutely meaningless act?”

We won’t stay lucky much longer.

“TSA Failed To Identify 73 Aviation Workers With ‘Links To Terrorism,’” By Caroline May, Breitbart News, June 8, 2015

The Transportation Security Administration granted access to secure airport areas to 73 aviation workers with “links to terrorism,” according to a new report from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General.

The audit, released Monday, reveals that TSA was unable to vet out 73 individuals with terror-related category codes because the agency did not have enough access to terror list information.

“According to TSA data, these individuals were employed by major airlines, airport vendors, and other employers. TSA did not identify these individuals through its vetting operations because it is not authorized to receive all terrorism-related categories under current interagency watchlisting policy,” the redacted report reads.

TSA was never about transportation or safety. It was all about adding 40,000 to the Union rolls.

When the man in the White House is linked to Bill Ayers and Valarie Jarrett and Hillary Clinton is linked to Huma Abedin what is the importance of identifying people who work in TSA who have much lower terrorst links than these people?

The only thing the TSA ever correctly identified was an old white guy/woman. They think Depends and colostomy bags are nuclear weapons.

Why is it that the other ICs did this? Because they (TSA) employ so many Muslims and foreigners?

There just isn't any value added by TSA at all. If anything they impede travel, hassle citizens, steal, intimidate and bark orders as if they are gods. Worst damn thing ever did was to establish DHS and TSA.

In my neck of the woods we have almost no visible Muslims. They only time I really see Muslims is when I go to the airport. The TSA and other airport agencies seem to hire as many Muslims as they possibly can.

It’s not that hard to find people with links to terrorism. All I need is a phone book.

"Failed to identify" as in "did not disclose who they are", or as in "did not know who they are"?
