Treasury Secretary Jack Lew did not find a warm welcome this weekend at the Jerusalem Post's annual conference in New York.
As the Treasury official spoke Sunday on the Obama administration's negotiations with Iran over a possible nuclear deal, he drew loud boos from the event's many attendees.
Lew stated that the Obama administration has always been dedicated to the goal of making sure Iran doesn't obtain a nuclear weapon, adding also that the White House has taken steps to ensure this.
"Because of the aggressive sanctions that have been put in place for over a decade, Iran has been completely cut off the international financial system," Lew said.
The audience did not appear convinced by Lew's comments, and responded by booing long and loud throughout the entirety of his prepared remarks.
Lew claimed at one point that Israel has had no greater ally in the White House than it has with President Obama. This drew loud boos. Lew also mentioned Iran's current president, Ali Khamenei, saying that the leader in Tehran campaigned on ending the sanctions that have crippled the country's economy. This also drew loud boos.
Only when Lew finished his speech did the boos from the Jerusalem Post attendees subside.

Other than his religion, why would the Treasury Secretary be sent to an event such as this? Sounds like he did as well as Susan Rice would have.
Obama calling himself a Jew was really rubbing their(Jews)noses in it. He is a dangerous psychopath.

Lew’s speech was intended as an in-your-face-Jews from Obama.

The warmest reception is reserved each year for the Post’s lead columnist, the poison-penned right-wing scourge Caroline Glick, who draws repeated cheers and standing ovations as she delivers her stock attacks on liberals, the media, the two-state solution and President Obama...

Why is a treasury official even talking about that?
I don’t think he’s there as a Treasury official. He was Obama’s Chief of Staff before O got rid of almost all the Jews in the White House. Lew attends an orthodox synagogue, so O figured he might have some cred carrying a personal message to the J-Post attendees.

This is a race based administration. Israeli paper does a conference, Obama figures he has to send a Jew.
Perfect description and he will parlay this into a high earning job, when he gets out he is taking his Rolodex with him. But then lots of Obama’s people will be doing this.
Actually Jack Lews speech is him auditioning for future employment. It has nothing to do with Israel on any serious level. I despise him for being an Obama tool.
