Obama's initial $2 million seed money will flow through the so-called Justice AmeriCorps, a group launched last summer by the DOJ Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). According to the DOJ grant announcement: “ US Govt Grants will enable grantees to enroll lawyers and paralegals to serve as AmeriCorps members providing direct legal representation and other legal services to illegals...."

Obama has levied two attacks on the judicial system in this trip. In this case on his shamnesty and he is also attacking the Supreme Court for even having the temerity to hear the case against Obamacare. He is further emboldening his followers to pursue lawlessness.
My reading is that Hanen is calling Roberts’ bluff and raising the stakes, with chips all in. Other federal judges, US marshalls and military generals are probably taking note. We live in interesting times. And in other news, boating accidents are on the rise.
