Was Anti-Islam Rally in Phoenix Unconstitutional?(Only link may be posted)
Unconstitutional means Sharia forbidden to these Muzzies.
No. Next question.
If it had been anti-Christian, not only would it have been “constitutional” and highly-endorsed by “the better classes”, but it could be construed as mandatory.
POP UPS galore and I won’t read the article but, the title question answers itself...
That this is even a non-satirical headline is proof the American way of life is in mortal danger.
Surely you jest!
If the antics by the Phelps and Westboro Church are protected speech, then so was this
It was actually the very definition of what the Constitution IS.
Constitution is not a suicide pact.
About that 9/11 thing ...
Some even here think it is unfortunately. And like any liberal they are just as wrong.
“Was Anti-Islam Rally in Phoenix Unconstitutional?”
No
Note to the Muzzies:
The First Amendment does not only protect the rights of the people you agree with. It is there to protect the rights of the people you, or your religion, disagree with.
AQUIDA and ISIS are not doing anything Mohammad did not do. Mohammad started by raiding caravans, stealing their property, enslaving all females and young boys to sexual slavery sales, killing men. Then he went to raiding cities for the same ends.
yeah, I’m beginning to get really ticked off at this dam leftist anti American nonsense. if the time comes where the point of no return is crossed, I’m on board with whatever leader steps forward. I’ve really had it.
this country has become a freakshow with bruce jenner currently America’s hero. more so than a girl with cancer who continued playing her beloved sport.
E.J. Montini is a bleeding-heart liberal. This is kind of tripe he continually pulls up.
In high school civics class, I was given the example of a Nazi demonstration in the US, which of course would be generally allowed under the First Amendment.
But when the Nazis tried to have their demonstration directly in front of a Jewish synagogue, it was considered inciteful, and thus Unconstitutional, and not allowed.
That's what I've always understood to be the difference between Constitutional and Unconstitutional free speech as far as such demonstrations go.
Has something changed of which I'm unaware, or is this still the precedent?
the atheists had a meeting in my hometown it was an anti-Christian event with billboards advertising its hostility toward God...don’t think the Christians even protested it or said it was unConstitutional. Amazing how tolerant Christians are compared to Leftists and Muslims
No. That can only be posed towards government actions, not privae citizens.
