No, that ground has been covered. There was an athlete who had been born with indefinite parts and the doctors had done a little cosmetic surgery and called her a girl. The IOC checked her DNA and said you have to have XX in your DNA to compete as a woman.

He earned the medal. Even if he committed murder, that wouldn't alter the fact that he earned it.
However, there's something wrong with him if he things surgery can turn him into a woman.
