Anxiety over financial stability and shadow banking risks appear to have force Christine Lagarde and her fellow extrapolators to hit the panic button:
*IMF CUTS U.S. 2015 GROWTH FORECAST TO 2.5% FROM 3.1%
*FED SHOULD WAIT FOR TANGIBLE SIGNS OF WAGE, PRICE GAINS: IMF
*DOLLAR `MODERATELY OVERVALUED,' CURBING U.S. GROWTH, JOBS: IMF
*IMF URGES FED TO DELAY FIRST RATE INCREASE UNTIL 1H 2016
Adding that they viewed the Dollar as "moderately overvalued" and any more appreciation would be "harmful," it seems global disinflationary pressures have left the IMF no choice but to say publicly what everyone has uttered under their breath.

Definition
Economic occurrence where the inflation rate is negative and continuing to decrease. This occurs when prices and wages drop and slows inflation due to lower demand (and therefore, lower production). When this happens, the supply of money usually decreases, leading to a stronger currency which would fuel even lower prices and wages, thereby creating a chain of events. Deflationary spirals are often viewed negatively because they generally occur in recessionary times and tend to worsen the recession.
translation: the EU is in real danger of falling apart.
Deflation is a RESTORATION of VALUE that was previously STOLEN by Government. Last year they stole 6.5% of VALUE of Every Federal Reserve UNIT.
Deflation is Good for those not leveraged to the hilt, especially those that are Debt-Free, and Always bad for Government and Bankers.

Another year? How about another century. The minute the hamster stops running in the wheel the dollar and the market start to tank. The Federal Reserve has no way out. The only thing they can do is just keep running in wheel til the economy finally crashes. Its a slow spiral down to bottom.

My sister was doing security clearance interviews for the OSI at a tiny trailer park in Texas. She said all the residents were military retirees on a pension, mostly from WWII. They were living in abject poverty, yet all had completed entire careers, some with distinction and honors. It was a wakeup call.
