Is this satire? Or is this an old document? I say this because the text states that the US and the “Soviet Union” must maintain an Armed Force of no more than 2.1 million men. The Soviet Union no longer exists.

I don't see any safeguards against UN becoming the supreme dictatorial power over all.
No checks and balances. They just assume that UN will be a benevolent dictator for all time.
I have zero confidence in that.

Luckily, I don't see Russia or China agreeing to this, even though they will both angle for control over US weaponry.
