Is this satire? Or is this an old document? I say this because the text states that the US and the “Soviet Union” must maintain an Armed Force of no more than 2.1 million men. The Soviet Union no longer exists.

President Kennedy unveiled at the United Nations this plan which was subsequently printed as State Department Publication 7277, entitled Freedom From War on
September 25th, 1961.
Just understand that these radicals who are now in charge, have the same goals that the Commies/progressives/socialists have had for decades.
When they come to power, they pick up where they left off, and we lose more freedom, as they get closer and closer to their end game.
Roosevelt's right hand man setting up the UN was a commie. The UN itself has world rule has it's goal. The UN goals for the millennium were published on their web site for all to see, before the year 2000.
I printed off a hard copy of that plan. A few months later, it was no longer there. I have a theory that both Republicans and Democrats, want the UN to be big in the New World Order, but they see the USA role differently. To me it's still about power and whose gonna wield it.
As far as the Soviet Union goes, I don't think for a minute that the Soviet Union no longer exists in the minds of men like Putin and the other hardliners, and they are with out a doubt attempting to put it back together with force.
