Based on the type people I’ve seen file lawsuits about this type of thing over the past 6 + years I’ll go with my answer. I can’t think of any Jewish people, Hindus, or Buddhists that have filed lawsuits over praying to God or Jesus but I can think of many that are of the FFRF variety...
