Some are skeptical whether the Drug Warriors really want to succeed, because taxing the phenomenon is more lucrative than wiping it out.
It is a pain to deal with people who are on drugs. Civility is at an all time low and people act terrible when they aren’t on anything. Imagine with inhibitions lowered because of being high. Sober people cannot deal with high people.
The ones that have to deal with them - currently - are called Bartender or Officer.
