Obama’s Remedial Legal Education
Wall Street Journal ^ | May 26, 2015 | Editorial

America’s most powerful former law professor is getting a re-education in the Constitution, and on present course President Obama might flunk out. Witness Tuesday’s federal appeals-court rebuke of his 2014 immigration order, including language that suggests the Administration will also lose on the legal and policy merits.

Mr. Obama caused a furor in November when he suddenly claimed powers he had previously said he didn’t have to award legal status and work permits to millions of illegal immigrants.

The Administration claims it is merely allowing immigration officers to apply routine “prosecutorial discretion” on a case by case basis not to deport illegals.

In summary, said the court, “the United States has not made a strong showing that it is likely to succeed on the merits.”

The Fifth Circuit decision vindicates the rule of law and shows again how Mr. Obama is exceeding his legal authority.

But by acting on his own Mr. Obama poisoned the politics of immigration reform for the rest of his tenure. Republicans who favor reform have no chance to bring along angry back-benchers who have zero trust in the President to follow any immigration reform that Congress passes.

Mr. Obama could have avoided this mess if he had recalled his law classes on the separation of powers. That’s where he should have learned that the federal government can’t run roughshod over states and that the courts are an independent branch of government that can call out a President for breaking the law.

Mr. Øbama was an adjunct professor, he taught courses in constitutional law at the University of Chicago. My guess is he argued more than taught constitutional law.

"I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress"--Barrack Obama April 2012

This is from the "Constitutional expert" who does not understand Marbury vs. Madison.

He taught one class and only only one ( when he even bothered to show up ) and it was on “SOCIAL JUSTICE”, which has less than nothing at all to do with CONSTITUTIONAL LAW !

His courses that were taught at the University of Chicago had really no basis in Constitutional Law, they were designed to foster issues like Social Justice, Community Agitation, Community Rioting, and shakedown of Businesses. His goal has always been how to circumven the law, to bootstrap legal precedence to get his way. Lets face it where is the evidence he has a degree from Harvard University Law School. let alone being an attorney in good standing with the Illinois Bar Association. The answer to these questions are lef unchecked as are they real or just trumped up realities to puff up a real jackass! What happens if you it a Puffer Fish - it is considered poisonous and sometimes it can kill the person whom eats it. What about Obama he is no different than a puffer fish - he is poisonous to the survival of America!

My understanding that he wasn’t even adjunct Professor status. IIRC it was “instructor”. No one can specifically say how he even came to that where he instructed. It was said by some that orders came down to hire him.

Last I heard he was going ahead with the legalizations in spite of the court and the court was not responding. Really, what can the court do? There is ample precedent for that defiance. Hussein has already gotten away with it. What police forces do the courts have? They have to use the DoJ to enforce their decisions. Who owns the DoJ? What is going to happen to Hussein if he just says his reading of the Constitution and the laws is different and he will proceed as he has determined? Or if he just proceeds without saying anything about it?

There’s a picture out there somewhere of Barry at the chalk board—clearly teaching Alinsky, community organizer, power dynamics rather than actual law.

America’s most powerful former law professor is getting a re-education in the Constitution

Can ANYONE PROVE THIS???
Can Anyone demonstrate with ANY Official Records that he even went to any of these schools, let alone lecture at them?

This is why the WSJ is full of crap, they start their story with a LIE.
