Well, I only know what I read in the paper.
I guess by being “Hi Tech” you have a much better understanding of criminals, thugs and human trash. I don’t.
Feral humans that flee the law should be put down.....period....as an example to make the other animals pay attention.
Back in my day a policeman would shout “stop or I will shoot” and did! Back in my day we did not have the crime we have now.
I wonder why? Maybe you can tell us all with your “high tech” knowledge on how civilization works to control crime.
